In my case it said the following, "After you finish laughing yourself sick would you please get over yourself?!?!" I need to let go of my personal trauma of being the parent of a teenager and move on!! As much as I am nostalgic for their childhood I do NOT for one second miss these kind of moments!!!! Ummmm, no not even one tiny bit! Giving credit where it's due though....those toddler crisis did their job. Bring on the peer group conflicts and body image meltdowns because I'm one battle hardened Mom who survived the Terrible Twos, Threes, Fours, Fives....well you get the idea!
Oh the looks on all of theri faces, its priceless truely that is so so so funny!
ReplyDeleteLuckily Maya is mine and she loves dressed up things at Halloween and all that so she has always liked the mall santa, easter bunny all of it, always happy. Well I shouldn't say always, while I was living in Guatemala right after she turned 1 we went to the Virgen de Guadalupe celebration and she did give that Santa the look but never cried or anything, just wasn't sure why she was sitting on some strangers lap.
