....after successfully passing the exam and filing all necessary forms and fees...the State of Illinois has issued a learner's permit to cousin Alyssa!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Auntie Peggy is the designated supervising adult...and will be for the Mahoney girls as well as this Mom does not sit in the passenger seat...EVER!
